Just getting ready to run week 4 week 1 and will be very surprised if I can manage a 5 min run 3 was a struggle but i did it and it got easier thank you for the previous tips singing God save the Queen and Happy Birthday to control my breathing my legs and stamina don't get to me its my breathing and general fitness I am over weight and this is not helping wish me luck

You can do it. I'll need to remember the singing tip. I run in the countryside so I only have the sheep and cattle to judge my singing.

Slow down as much as you can and give it your best. You will be fine but if you have to repeat a run its not the end of the world. Good luck
