Great run tonight which really surprised me after two very busy days at work! Decided to go a further tonight and ran steadily for 7.25 k in 42.31 minutes. Very pleased with myself i am !!!!!😁😊

Well done, amazing. Have done most of my running on tmill and have reached just over 7k, amazed I am (pat on back) but outside can do just over 5k because of breathing but I am getting better. Keep it up
