Bit of a mochy (good Scottish word 😂) night up here tonight, but got myself out for a second post grad run! After a speedy parkrun on Saturday thought I’d take it nice and easy and push out to 5.5k. Controlled my pace so I was never breathing hard and did the 5.5k in 34.5 minutes! I’ll take that 😂
