Thank you. Fantastic advice. I have done 2 park runs now. I think today’s was about 38 mins but I ran the whole way! I took my time. I will stick to 5k for a couple of weeks to consolidate, then I’m going to start increasing my distance with my club. Thank you for the support and advice!!!

Congrats xx. I graduated a few months ago and I’m still no where near 30 mins for the 5k Yesterday I did it in 42 mins. That’s one min quicker than last week 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

Congratulations..keep up 3 runs a week doing week 9 day 3 and within no time you will start getting quicker and quicker.

I couldn't run for 60 secs at the start but now I run a 25.56 5k and it feels great to have come so far.

I have only once, since graduating in August'18, managed to get 5Km into 30.10 minutes.

Today I managed 4.38Km in 30 minutes. I only had 45 minutes to spare, so with warm up/down and shower...that was it.
