Sorry not been around much. Still struggling with too much work and not enough tinternet time. I am on a 10 mile plan with Asics so decided to buy my 4th pair of shoes. Since injury with post tibial tendonitis I was informed I have a slight overpronation (which self corrects) but would benefit from more support in my shoes.
Here they are. I went for 1/2 a size up as recommended where I've normally gone a whole size up. Wondering if I've done the right thing but only time will tell. Plan to take them for a long run on Sunday to see how I fare.
No one warned me I would own 4 pairs of running shoes following this programme. Happy running all

FOUR PAIRS? Wow! I suppose you serve to treat yourself if you've been on the injury couch, though. very nice shoes - the soles are as pretty as the uppers
Oooo pretty shoes! Have to say, whilst I've been on the IC I've been fantasy shopping all manner of running kit. Will probably follow your lead and and get new shoes to cosset my poorly tootsies.
Ooh love those shoes GF! They look too good to actually use! I'd just sit and look at them. Happy running in them and I hope Rico doesn't get scared off by the bright colours.
Nice shoes!! I have eyeing up a new pair but I have told myself until mine are worn out... Which is a while away. I was wondering what do people do with their old running shoes?
