Park Run

Well Done HB.

Congratulations on beating the 30 minute mark. I did my fourth Parkrun this morning - still over 30 mins
I'd be very happy with that!

Great time!!
Cheers guys, but I know this sounds odd, I'm not happy with it, I just know I can do better once I get the measure of those hills. On a flat course I've done 26:20, this course is a lot different. I know there is a 25 minute in me at some point. I have not completed the C25K yet, but I got persuaded to do a park run before I started C25K so decided I'd take a step back and complete this program. I do believe it as been a huge help though, but thought I may as well keep doing park run, although I did marshal it for the last 3 weeks whilst I moved on with C25K, so today was first day back after 3 weeks, but not happy.

I'd say thats pretty good..a lot of us would have given anything for a time like that before even finishing C25k!!!!
Juicy I've just read your profile, what a girl! Wow, fantastic, well done you. I shed 4 stone since last March, so I know how hard it is to turn things around.
Thank you Juicy, you're too kind. I have high expectations of myself lol. I have always been the sort of person who wants to run before they can walk, so I guess its just me, but thank you.
