Thanks for all the messages for my special moment yesterday ( graduation ). I have downloaded stepping stones and will give it a go for a few weeks. Off to have a look at the local park run to scope it out this morning. Thanks again!

I can't recommend Parkrun enough! I put it off for weeks after my graduation because I thought all the 'proper runners' would have packed up & gone home long before I crawled over the finish line (that's if I did make it to the end!).

It's nothing like that at all, everyone is so friendly & all abilities are there cheering eachother on!

Thanks for that, it did seem very friendly if a bit chilly this morning, different if I was running , soon be drenched in sweat as usual. I'll be giving it a go soon. Thank you.
