Last Saturday was was run one week one! Yesterday I completed run one of week two! Long way to go but am already feeling my confidence increasing! No longer feel sick with nerves at the thought of getting out there! Carefully choosing my route to avoid traffic & people & going out early morning when it’s quiet. But I couldn’t have even got this far without the support and encouragement of this group! Some of your words echo in my head as I’m “running” (tootling as one member said) and it keeps me going. So thanks again! X

I fully intend too. I have an awful habit of thinking too fair ahead! But am trying not too and know that there’s no crime in repeating a week or a run if I don’t feel ready. Thankyou. X

Great start for you. I've just finished week 4. Just listen to your trainer and take it easy. If it gets tough slow it down some more but keep going. I'm finding this program really works and that each week sets you up for the following week. Good luck and no fear...😁👍

Thankyou! I’ve decided to try to run Mon Weds Fri. This gives me the weekend off! But I’m trying to start each new week on a Friday so I don’t have it hanging over me all weekend! I’ve already done it. All psychological but it works. If it wasn’t for lockdown I wouldn’t be doing this! Am working from home. I normally leave at 6.30-7am to get there, but I have the spare time early morning to get out and then shower before logging on at 7am. Hoping that I can get a few more weeks of home-working so I can complete the programme. But if not, I’ll just have to rethink as o don’t want to give this up! Xxx

Yes a lot of this I find is mental. It's believing in the program and believing in yourself. I am also a planner and think ahead. But we're using that to our advantage!! 😂
