Hi, lurker here, I've been reading posts for several weeks now, I wanted to post something but I'm not great at this sort of thing and usually would be quite private. But since joining and following this forum I didn't feel like I was on this journey by myself. I had questions but there always seemed to be someone asking and awesome people answering and giving great advice. I did my W9R3 after work this afternoon and I just had to share it. Thank you Oldfloss, IannodaTrruffe and so many others it has been brill reading and getting inspiration from you all. A parkrun will follow eventually but for now, 3 runs a week - me and the road and my daily fix of HealthUnlocked, thanks and happy running everyone xx
