To those who posted the slow running video, started week 3 today and it really helped. Still knackered but not in an I’m going to die kind of way. It’s much easier on my bad knee too.
Those who do/did the slow running - once you graduate do you start to build up the speed? I never see any runners doing the slow running round here.

I was out on my w3r2 run this morning and I saw someone who was definitely using the technique - the giveaway was her tiny steps and the fact that she looked perfectly perky compared to most of the pink sweaty runners I see. (I, however, am pink and dripping even slow running )
