Well done. Huge hurdle successfully cleared.
Hard to believe that W5R3 awaits me in less than 2 weeks. I haven't run for more the 3 minutes yet!

Hi! Holiday is going great thanks!
How are you feeling about week 6?
I was a bit wary as its back to intervals, but I did run 1 yesterday and it went fine apart from windy conditions!!
Good luck with it & let me know how you get on.
I'm in Barcelona at the moment so won't be doing w6r2 until Sunday when I'm back at my Mums in France.
Xx

Fab. Really well done. This is the biggie, mentally. Just be careful on the next run as it can take some people by surprise after the excitement of w5r3. Go slowly and you'll be fine.
