Not sure why but I seem to do well in the windy conditions. It was so windy on the seafront today but it made my run much more fun and exciting. The few other brave running souls were also much more cheerful, smiling and commenting about the weather. Although my 5k time was a little slower, after a short walk I was inspired to run with the wind back along the coastal path for an additional 10min mile - I used to struggle to even run 1 mile. So much has changed with this programme. Cobwebs blown away!

I ran in the wind today for the first time I can recall. I found it quite hard going, especially on my first run since graduating! Managed my 5K, though!

Well done- it must be lovely to run beside the sea *sighs wistfully*.
I find the wind tough to run in. I went out in it today and I was really struggling- I'm glad that's not the case for you though.
