Does a windy day make a difference?

Have just finished W6R2 - 2 x 10 minute runs - and found the last minute of the 2nd 10 minute run quite challenging (when I've managed most other runs OK by pacing myself). I'm hoping the quite windy weather we had today made the run more difficult - true or false, please?!

True! Just back from a very slow 5k running backwards at times but you did it!

I find the wind makes a run harder just go slow and you should be ok 😊

I certainly felt the wind impacted on my run today. Enjoyed the run though.

Completed w8r1 this morning and found it the hardest run so far. Last weeks runs went well n I felt strong but today just had nothing left in my legs for last 10mins. Did keep going, very slowly, for the full 28mins so hoping the gusty wind was the reason.
