So I've just completed Wk9 R2 and it was a mental challenge the whole way. From the very beginning the gremlins were telling me that:
I didn't need to do this
I should take the day off
I felt ill (and I them did feel queasy - which passed as soon as I told them to shut up).
I could just walk for a little bit
Just turn off here and go back home - try it another day
You're tired - just walk
I fought them down the whole way around, kept going and did my 30 minute run, passing the 5K point by maybe 10 metres (so a little faster than my previous run when I did exactly 5K in the 30 minutes).
Those gremlins are a b*gger! :o)

Congratulations Marie. That was a battle well fought. You're running really fast so, if you're starting to feel sick whilst running, then maybe slow down a wee bit. Graduation means running for 30 minutes NOT running 5k in 30 minutes. You're naturally speedy by the sound of it, and there'll be plenty of time to work on that as you get more experienced. Good luck with your final run of the programme.
As Ladyidle says, they bring in reinforcements for W9, especially that all important run 3 but you can do it, you have already proved that. Good luck, you will soon have that graduate badge.
