Just back from my second attempt at this run and I'm over the moon to say I made it.
I tried to keep it slow and kept saying in my head "it's a jog- slow it down".
When I got to "h*ll hill" as I nicknamed it after Saturday's nightmare I deliberately stayed on the opposite side of the road until I'd passed the place I stopped before. I think this helped with the mental side of things.

Well done Sarah. Week 8 has been difficult for me too. I think the musics faster which makes you run faster and then struggle. But you did it! Not far to go now. Good for you
