Great work, well done. i wouldn't worry about speed (I have two speeds: Dead Slow and Stop). Get the miles into your legs and complete the times. I have found that patience is very important on this programme and that it helps to build stamina and endurance slowly. What you must avoid at all costs is injury through over exertion. I would carry on as you are, graduate (you are going to feel amazing), do a few consolidating runs and then start to mix it up with faster or longer runs. Whatever you do, enjoy it. All the best.
I also just completed W8, run 2, and I am also soooo slow! My daughter's 5k is 23 mins (!!!!!). I am hoping to complete a 5k in under 40 (like 39.999 minutes). I keep reminding myself that we are a lot faster than the people who never even got off the couch!
