And we love reading yours. Every day is a success story with you at the moment. I saw a Mum and her two children at a Parkrun a few weeks ago and thought how lovely to share it with your youngsters - they must all be so proud of eachother.

Well done Tiara! That's the spirit. Keep progressing slow but sure. Each run and each rest day is building up your running legs. I ran last Friday and my legs are still aching! When I complained of leg ache at the start of C25k my husband told me that it was a sign of change. Your body sure does sit up and take notice of the new level of exertion so you will feel it for a while. Hopefully, if you continue going steadily, you will get through safely

Enjoying the sessions is good news. If you enjoy it then you'll always be keen for the next session.

Take care! x

Well done tiaralou, feels good doesn't it. Like you I can't believe that 3 weeks ago the thought of running was impossible and now look at us πŸ˜†

Week 4 for me tomorrow! Trying not to think about it too much. I'll let you know how I get on. Keep running, you can do it πŸ‘

......and why should you not feel proud? You have taken control of your physical health and you are obviously feeling the psychological benefits too. No one can take that away from you.

We all ache from time to time, but for the most part it gets easier as you get stronger and fitter. It is a win win game, this running thing and this forum really is a motivational place.

Keep running, keep smiling.

That's great to hear, I've completed W3R1 and I'm finding it more enjoyable as I go along. It seems to be true that it does get a little easier, the more you do. Loving it, and this forum really helps x
