Week 7 Run

I am able to run continuously for 25 minutes but i covered only 2.1 miles. Is it ok or am not pacing myself

Only 2.1 miles ? Could you do that 7 weeks ago ? You are making great progress ! Do not worry about how far or how fast you are going, just concentrate on running for the allotted length of time. You can go faster after you have graduated and your body is more used to running.

Like they say, don't get hung up on distance or speed, concentrate on the duration. Speed and distance will come naturally without you particularly trying to get better. My last few runs (I just finished week 8) have consistently got better, and I have the 5K in my sights. You don't really notice things improving, other than feeling great!

My first run of week 7 was 3.5Km - about what you're running. Today, 5 runs later, I did 4.26Km.
