Week 2 completed :)

Just completed Wk2 R3 and it's all good, I was slower than usual - just couldn't get my legs moving faster today - but I the 90 seconds all seemed to be over really quickly, looking back to the first 90 second run on Saturday I was desperate for Laura to tell me it was over, today I felt like I could have run for longer... of course I'll have to next time!

Well done :) I found the 90 seconds not too long until the second to last one not really sure why, am loving how I feel straight afterwards :)
