Well I got myself up early after my night shift so I could do my first run of week 3 today. And I can't quite believe it but I did it π I took all your advice and slowed it right down to what I quite call snail pace. But I didn't stop before Laura told me to, which to me is what counts. So so happy I went with it, thank you all for your support and advice. Can't wait for Friday βΊ

Hi Grubby, yes I did W2R2 today βΊ gonna post about it in a minute. It felt good though βΊ. You could always try W3R1 and see how you go. You never know π
