The programme is designed specifically to move you on so you are ready for the next one. It's very clever so trust in it!
If you go slowly there is nothing to fear. Give yourself a little pep talk before you start the session, put a big smile on your face and go for it. Enjoying it is half the battle

It's a scientifically proven fact that new socks are capable of enabling you to be able to run for two minutes. In fact, add any new kit to your running arsenal and the world is your lobster

Maybe trust the process a bit more and stop terrifying yourself looking ahead so much?! I just take it as it goes. You can't prepare for how you will physically feel while actually doing the running, so much of it is just your body doing things naturally, and your mind supporting it in doing that. The process will hopefully give you a new zen outlook, which you can bring back into everyday life too
One run at time and trust me you will be able to do it!!
