Wk9 R1 done, getting close now

Good run this morning, if somewhat breezy at times!

Used Runkeeper, bit more accurate this time, I think, 5.05km in 30 mins, happy with that. Know I picked up the pace in the second half of the run cause I was feeling good...shame that when I went to the insurance office a bit later to renew the car insurance the lift was out of order and I had to walk up six flights of stairs - legs let me know they'd had enough for one day!

well done ,that is a very good distance and time not surprised your legs had a moan at the stairs ..
