.......I did it, look like a running beetroot with jelly legs but I did it! a few lower leg pains to begin with but just kept going.

Erm, that was week 1 run 2? You've covered quite a distance in that time! Maybe you'd be better to slow down a bit, which might eliminate the jelly legs. But well done, you're on the journey, and you're becoming a runner! Your life will improve, it;s a direct result. Keep going!
