HAPPY to announce that i did that run PROPERLY!!! ALL 60 sec ALL 90 sec Warm up Cool down Happy Bunny
The first day after the first half it was close to agony - When my husband got home from work he noticed that the treadmill's settings were changed. It turned out My Lil Monkey made it difficult for mommy lol So those are now back to normal - easy-ish setting. Plus the lovely advices from the post of the Pro's made it much better - One of the advices I found EXTREAMLY helpful was about the pace- go by YOUR breathing.
So first one properly done. I know I wont be moving to week 2 for probably 1-2-3 weeks wont push it.. I wanna enjoy it!!
Good stuff. Personally I don't think I could get excited/motivated to run/walk on a treadmill. Getting out in the fresh air is a good part of the appeal to me. All the best going forward!
Thanks I cant wait till I get out but Im full time mum looking after my lil man so Im kinda stuck at the treadmill. Still moving lol but once i get it right on the mill I think then will be much easier and enjoyableout. I would have to run out when hubby home..
I actually found local friend to join me on Wed for park run Can't wait for that experiense. I just hope the weather is not as bad as today - icy rain, windy, ugh (Thats over Cambridgeshire)
Look on thr bright side. If it's windy and rainy on Wednesday, it will give you more incentive to run as much as possible (running in the rain is warmer than walking in it)
