Well, well, well...I’ve just completed the programme! Just short of 4K, but pretty pleased with my good self for getting this far! For the past few runs I’ve been using the Runkeeper app and it’s good to see a slight improvement on every run...I take that! Now I hope to remain motivated to do a 30min run every couple of days and try to get to the 5k goal!

Definitely the programme works! I’m so happy I started it. Keep running 🏃🏼‍♀️xx

Amazing! Well done!!!

I’ve been running parallel to you I think, and I was running every other day, so completed a wee bit earlier but was really following your journey from week 5-ish :)

Congratulations on completion!!!

Upwards and onwards. Huge congratulations!

Wonderful!! Well done to you too!!!are you still running? I got in the habit of leaving one more day to recover on weeks 8 and 9...due to weather and well...laziness I guess! But so pleased with myself for completing the programme. I just want to keep going! Hopefully faster and hopefully thinner! 😘😂

Yes, I did three consolidation runs since completion last Sunday. I was very surprised to see how (relatively) easy 30 minutes runs have become now (compared to 25 min runs for instance). And this morning I did 33 minute run and had more in me, but consciously decided not to push.

This is really amazing and completing the programme is just the beginning. I am also doing it for weight loss and adding some exercises in between.

Good luck with the journey and keep going!

That’s fantastic!! You are doing so well!! I too want to lose weight, improve my overall health, planning to start yoga to help me stretch better. I’m already looking forward to my first consolidation run and see how I get on!

Good luck and I look forward to following your progress! X
