Trying to stay fit on the IC: 4 mile dog walk... - Couch to 5K
Trying to stay fit on the IC
Impressive stuff GF. You're making the rest of us on the IC look bad
I think the exercises are helping and cycling was okay by the Physio so I might as well do something. Walking was less painful too so hoepfully this won't take too long. Need to make some space on the IC as it's a bit crowded. How are you doing EM?
You're not lounging around then?! Well done, that sounds like an active day
i'm back from parkrun (just a tidge under 30 mins, if it tallies with garmin!) , tea, toast and shower done, now off down the beach with George dog and the rain has nearly stopped!
that's pretty impressive for the IC GF no PB's this week at parkrun but a good steady 30:22 the legs weren't responding as quickly as they might, think the longer distance run then hill reps took their tool in the week ..
Thanks Rob. I hate being injured and am my own worst enemy. Still a good time for park run though. Not surprised your legs were a bit tired after all the runs in the week
Thanks GF I think I would be the same as you if I was on the IC .... I was thinking I might drop a run next week but probably wont ! I am just so addicted to this now and that 10K is so close and a 27:30 5k needs to be done ( wish list )
Good stuff G, oh this IC is very frustrating isnt it ? I think Im going slightly mad .......
Hope you have a speedy recovery, I think my hip is definitely improving, slowly but surely.
We will get there G, time and patience , thats what we need xxx
Hi GF good to have a dog to walk to keep you getting out into the blue. I went miles with my neighbour's dog on Wednesday. I love it
You feeling ok.
