Go slow! Slow will tick all the boxes. You will graduate in 9 weeks if you stick to the programme and do what laura tells you. You can speed up post grad only when your lung power is strong enough to keep you moving forward.
As you run slowly and steadily you are building up your running legs. Always have a rest day to allow for repair
