I should have been doing W6R3 this morning but I've hurt my back 😞 I have a very weak back & am surprised that I've managed to get this far without it going. I'm worried that it's going to set me right back. If I rest it for a couple of days can I carry on where I go to or should I start W6 again?

hi, sorry to hear about your back, rest is the best way to go , takew as along as you need , when you are recovered and ready i would still go with 6/3 ,take it very steady and see how it goes :D

Rest it!But when you are better start doing the plank,it will strengthen your core..including the back.And don't worry it's like the c25k start off small 20seconds if you can manage it.Then build it up....It really helped meπŸ˜ƒ
