Well, I wasn't expecting that ... Got round to W6R3 after a few days off being careful with a sore knee. I have never enjoyed a run so much. This is me, who huffed and puffed through weeks 1-4 and needed serious motivation (from here - thanks folks) to get through week 5. For me, the mental challenge has been the one to get through. Good advice from here really helps. (The advice was: tell gremlins where to go; say 'can I breathe? Yep. Are my legs killing me? Nope' and head for an achievable object in the near distance. I'd recommend all of these.) I even speeded up at the end. If you're in the early weeks and think you'll never do the later weeks, think again. If I can't do it....

Yes, it's been as much a mental challenge for me too, and I have also used that same advice during my runs (am I breathing? Are my legs ok? Do I really need to stop, then?), so this forum has certainly helped! Well done for finishing week 6 and good luck with week 7
very well done Topo seems like you may have just got the bug for running gets us all when you least expect it And yes it is much a mental challenge , those gremlins still try it on even after graduation but we are stronger and better

There must be something about W6R3 - it was my best run of the lot as well think I was grinning the whole way round. Well done - you're so close now!
