Good evening folks I have not posted much since Graduation but I have still been running 3 times a week, sometimes 4 and I have just finished a nice 5k from my current location Carnaby Street to my previous address in Westbourne Park....28 mins 23 seconds!!! Still raining and due to this factor it makes the run even more special!!!!!.

Very hungry at the moment and looking forward to a pasta dinner....I recently joined park run & have printed my bar codes...any tips from this great forum? :-) :-D.

Yes - be on the start line 9am Saturday morning. You have a great 5k time already - and I am sure that you have loads of options as to which parkrun to go to. Think of us poor fellows who are 40 miles from our nearest one.

What a lovely sounding run - from Carnaby Street to Westbourne Park! I couldn't do it as I'd be stopping off in all the shops!

At parkrun, start at the back and let the real racers off first (some of them can do it in 15 minutes!) , start off slow and find your pace but up it a little if you can. Based on your time I'm sure you'll get a stonking first time and then you can post here and tell us about it. Thank the marshals as they are volunteers and smile for the photos!
