I'm doing this tomorrow & feeling very nervous. I've not really done any exercise before & definitely no running. Not sure I'm ready for this one!!

Hi, I ' m new to this - just did wk 4 run2 tonight - looked ahead so understand your apprehension but I've found, so far, that each step of th way, no matter how hard it's been, or how much of a challenge I think the next step is, I've been able to do it. I'll be wary too when if comes to wk 5 day3 but you've come this far, on track, have some confidence in yourself and the plan :-) look forward to reading that you did it :-) good luck!

Trust yourself and trust the plan, you've put in some hard work already so you're ready for it. Just take it slow, you can always speed up at the end if you feel like it. Good luck and let us know how you get on!

I think everyone feels like this about this one-it's such a big step from 8 minutes! But you can do it, you've put all the hard work in so it will pay off. Take it slow and listen to Laura she will get you through it. Good luck :)

I felt exactly the same last week about that run, but it's very do-able when you've stuck to the plan, I even managed to speed up for the last 60 seconds...go out there, go slow, think positive thoughts and you will do it :)

You can do it, slow down if you need to. Break it down into smaller chunks, run to next lampost tree or whatever. Most importantly laura has prepared you for this run, trust the programme and above all else tell yourself you can do it.

You are so ready! Just keep it slow and keep your head in the game. You have four weeks of running experience - the hard work has already been done.

I am delighted to say that I completed this today and with the encouragement of the responses to my cry for advice I did it. Not only did I achieve the 20min run but I felt fantastic. Take the advice given, reduce your pace and take each 5 mins as they come. It really was mind over matter for me today.

Good luck and you too will feel brilliant with your achievement.
