Wk 9 R3 , what an achievement, not only physically but mentally too, I am very good at giving in too soon but not with this. The pod cast motivated and encouraged me through all those tough minutes. No breaks in the pace today, green lights even on the traffic lights. I am so chuffed I will have a big 😊 on my face all day. Good luck to all those running later , you’ve got this πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

Congratulations! You'll be on a high all day as it's such an achievement. I found the programme to be a game changer. I was adverse to exercise before this and now I find myself thinking about when I can get out for my next run.
