finished the sixth week in Iran

Nothing can describe my feeling, starting this program 6 weeks ago and now I can run for 25 minutes easily!! I am an Iranian girl and so happy that searching on internet guided me to this site. Due to the condition of my country I never felt comfortable to run in public places (due to hijab and other hindrance) - It is not forbidden by the way ;-). But now I feel confident about my running and decided to run outdoor after finishing the ninth week and experience running freely outside and enjoying the spring weather in that time!

Wish me luck!

Exactly, the mental benefits of this program outweight the physical benefits of this, at least for me!

Thank you so much for this energy! ;-)
