Got in from work twas bloody freezing, put my pjs on put the tea on sat my arse down for 5min, think my conscious was telling me to bloody move and that's what I did, I really wasn't in the mood to do anything tonight, I feel like in getting a cold I felt like crap in work, but I'm really glad I moved my backside because even with the cold I actually enjoyed it tonight I felt I didbetter then w4r1, this week I'm feeling a little sluggish (star week) but I'm glad I done it, I want to eat everything with chocolate and all things sugary, but I think that because I'm looking ahead I can achieve what I want.

I hope this helps everyone else cause once I have put my mind to it I can do it, good luck to all and keep putting your concerns on hear, Also your achievements we are all hear for a reasons.

  • Good for you for getting out! A run always makes you feel better. If you cut down on chocs and sugar, and keep running regularly then you should feel so much better and lose weight
