Well there we are Wk3 run 3 completed. The new trainers are feeling good so far. Right ankle twinge has gone so looks like money well spent. My 18 yr old and 14 yr old sons decided to join me and blasted me but hey they have youth on their side lol they will ache later thou. All I can say is tortoise and the hare

Cool outfit from head to toe! I look a bit like an old lady in my running gear, but I don't care. It's not a beauty contest after all! (Anyway the constant trail of snot running down from my nose would probably put off any potential suitors out there ...)
