Last day of week 5 and the dreaded 20 minute run! After the first 5 mins I thought "oh crap, really???" But after another couple of minutes I kind of got into a rhythm and just kept going. It felt really, really good. I was so happy at the end that I high-fived some random person jogging the other way!
