I said I was in love, make that AWE!

I'm so chuffed with my new shoes, a PB today - 36 mins for 5K, that's down from 47 mins for my first ever 5K, and just over 40 mins for the last one...4 minutes off today! I was still speeding up too, my last split was just over 7 mins. Considering I'm a bit worried about a sick BaldyBoy, I'm very satisfied with that.

Great work Curly but do make sure you take some of the credit (unless of course they are ruby red ones in which case it is all the shoes)

That's amazing!! You must be really buzzing. Linda

Thanks all! I'm wondering if the medical advice to increase my inhaler use might have helped too. I don't ever feel out of breath when I'm running, but it probably has made a difference.

Thanks, too, for the kind wishes for BB. He's suffering with vertigo, doesn't look good for our trip to Porto tomorrow :-( I wanted to do "Speed" over the very scary bridge... oh well, there'll be another time...
