Slow in the snow but I finished week 6!

I went out singing “I am going to go slow I am going to go-o slow , oh h oho go slow, yo yo yo yo yo”.

I stopped singing after a very short while! but completed week 6 in something like style. Did anyone else finish week 6 this weekend?

One question – where do people put their phones or Mp3 players while they run – I have mine in my bra but it didn’t feel very stable today when I went a bit faster in the last minute.

In the cold in my coat pocket. In the warm I have a Sports Direct belt

Thanks so much. I will definitely try this out and it would solve the key problem as well (I have been leaving them under my doorstep)

Ooh I like the look of that! I use an arm band but sometimes I find myself fiddling with it a lot if it's not quite in the right position.

well done on completeing week 6 :D only 9 runs left now :)

I sometimes stick mine in the waist band of my running tights but it does tend to slip down ..

I have an armband holder which my kind husband bought me. However!!! I have now lost that much weight through running that it slips down, to the point I can't now use it

So, my MP3 player goes in the small back pocket of my Nike Filament running pants. Room for a key also. Note - just the one key! Don't carry any excess weight.

Nike Filament pants are so lush. They are thicker than Karrimor and don't wrinkle like Norah Batty stockings. They hold everything in and give you a sleek silouette even if you are less than sylph like. Amazing things!

I tried an armband to start with, but even my bingo wings weren't big enough - take care ladies as these are obviously designed for men with big guns (though mine was pink ... hmm)

Thanks for this - very cooperative husband you've got there. ! I am clearly going to start (extra large) suiting up - starting with tights and using money saved from not buying lunches in 2015 so far. I am indeed not a sylph but also way way beyond embarrassment .

I started with an arm band but it rubbed and made me sore, also needs fiddling with a lot. I have trousers and a jacket with pockets, just shove my phone in one of those. I also bought the same belt as Useit, it's a good size and doesn't woggle about.

Thanks for this. Amazingly I have no pockets so I have ordered the non-woggle belt.
