Well finally got out between the rain, wind and snow at last. Found the second run to be real easy as well which shocked me. Now covering 2 miles in 30 mins so I was really pleased with that. 1 more to go then week 3

Take your time Jas. Just keep slowly progressing through the runs. Don't be tempted to run fast or longer than the programme dictates. If you get ahead of yourself, overstretched and over-enthusiastic you can easily get hurt. Lots of us have done it and regretted it. It's so easy to think you can go fast and far but your body is not ready for it so take care

Have fun, and enjoy your runs. Savour every moment as it will be finished all too soon

Good luck, and keep us posted

Thanks for the comments everyone. Miss wobble I'm doing everything that Laura says I just think I'm covering the distance as I have 34" legs with quite a wide step. Believe me I'm certainly not over doing it. But I am really enjoying it all.
