Finally did my 1st run following Graduation πββοΈπββοΈ Managed well but only got about 3hours sleep due to aching legs.( Did go for 2 walks as well due to lovely sunshine π and obviously over did it!! )
Always ache a few hours after a run π any suggestions to reduce this??
Also is there a pod that tracks your miles as well as does pace to the beat ?

In my much younger days and after days in the mountains I have never experienced what you are reporting.π€
In my mid seventies and a novice runner, I have never experienced
what you are reporting, this will help, and any fitness advisor would agree.π€
It is very basic to all exercise to develop your muscles and assist recovery.π€ muscles are for using and treating kindly.π€
Do not know your story, but if you are a gym member eg. you could chat through with the staff who may identify other opportunities in your exercise regime.π€πππ
I bought a roller massage as I get really tight calves, best thing I ever bought my muscles are all loose now. I also stretch after my runs which helps.
