Ok so week 1 is complete and I felt quite good after it. I have cut back on the junk food and have switched to jacket potatoes instead of chips an I now reach for an apple instead of 2bags of crisps.

Really enjoying it although I was very windy here a 6.30 this morning. Ready for week 2.

Yay, that's brilliant! Well done for getting out so early in the day too - I'm still a zombie at that time.

Great start to the new year. It's those little changes that make all the difference and if you make them a habit they will last a lifetime! Good luck with the running too. :)

Great stuff! Funny how you naturally alter your diet when you get the running bug, it all helps though! I went out last night with some friends to a burger/steak place...all piled high...I was the only one to have the salmon...felt proper righteous!
