Done my third run, it hurt this time the very bottom of my legs at the back not sure weather this was cause it was very cold, and my muscles didn't worm up properly, I brushed through it and made myself do it, when I got home I did a good stretch, week 2 run 1 starts Sunday

Well done :-) keep going!

Make sure that you're taking small steps so your feet land under your hips. Don't know if that'll help but it did the trick for me :-)

that is great kerry well done you :D :D see how your legs feel and if need be take an extra days rest , is probably your muscles etc getting used to running :D

It is best to stretch when your muscles are still warm after the run - you get most benefit then than stretching cold muscles

Do this range of stretches straight after your cool down walk nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/... It really can make a lot of difference and helps avoid injury. Good luck.
