New shoes

Tried them on the treadmill and they were fine. Hopefully I'll get a run out this friday did 5k on the treadmill in 28.5 mins which is pretty quick for me

They look the biz! I had my hands on some Saucony's recently but I resisted the temptation despite the fact they were £30. Sigh

Wow that is super speedy 5km, I can only dream of that time! It's one of my aims to get to 28minutes even if it's 28:59

They look lovely!! Shame to get them all muddy! On Monday I was so upset it never Raims here ok hardly rains it's a very special event that even I now look forward to as it means clean air for a day. Anyway they water the plants using a hose and it meant one of my running paths was wet and splashed onto my shoe. I was very annoyed. In the UK I didn't mind the wet paths here they bother me.
