Yes they are very springy and light also good for running off road, path..etc..

Hi poppypug...they are Adidas Springblade.. I originally saw them in Florida last year August for $200 .... purchased them this year...don't ask how much....nearly purchased another pair during my holiday to the US last month....but I promised my wife I would not buy any trainers due to my problem... tranieritis...!!!!
