So I rested up for a week after 'doing my leg in' (I think that's the correct medical term)

I was a bit wary starting off, but managed to complete week 7 run 2 without too much fuss.

Leg now has ice pack on like wot them proper runners do!

You can't be a proper runner til you iced your leg! Yeah you're right about that term, it's correct parlance, as is crocked! You're getting into the hang of this!

You'll be fine Meadsey, just take care, don't go rushing things and making it worse. Gently does it. Ease yourself back in. You might need to continue with icing for a bit and/or Ibufren/Neurofen last thing before bed
