Since the summer I have consistently run 1st thing (before breccie!!) this week I have delayed my run until later (lighter & less slippy) AFTER my porridge & guess what I feel fresher & lighter on my pins!!! Twasn't the earmuffs afterall......!!!!!

Porridge is brilliant fuel! Mind you, having said that I've just done the scary W5R3 on a slice of toast with peanut butter which also works well for me

I've found I run better after a little something, nana, crumpet, toast.. doesn't really matter which it is... hard for a non breakfast eater...I bet the muffs helped a bit though..
