Santa Dash was great fun. My 10 year old and his friend loved ' the army of Santas- must have been over 300 peeps! All in aid of the Isle of Wight Hospice.

Hi Caroline, a fellow IOW-er! First one i've seen on here! I really wanted to do santa dash but had to be somewhere else that was already organised , but definitely next year! Glad you had fun! like the photo! I'm doing the santa parkrun at medina though

Hi Aliboo! Yay, a fellow Isle of Wighter... Well fancy that! I do quite fancy having a go at a park run but ;

1) Saturday's at 9am are hectic in our house! Eldest boy rows from the Folly, and youngest has footy in Wootton ! I struggle to split myself in two when my hubby at work...

2) I'm a bit scared...

Having said that over the Xmas hols I'm guessing there may be a Saturday that the rowing and footy are cancelled and I may be feeling brave!

When is medina Santa park run? Xx

Hi Caroline! Your house does sound hectic! the santa parkrun is on the 20th Dec. Everyone there is lovely so no need to be scared! I'm on no28 next week! I'm just bidding on a santa suit on ebay!

Fabulous. Love the photo. Ours was a lot smaller at about 80 Santas but lots and lots of children which was great. Ours was also for our local hospice.

Hi he pen, I couldn't cope with the beard after a while ! Fluff getting in my eyes and making me sneeze ! Had a laugh though; my first 'organised ' run ;-))

Great photo. Looks like fun. And a great cause too. My Santa run in Southsea is next Sunday - my first official run since graduating. Looks like it should be fun too.
