Work around for apple users editing text.

I have found this work around from another admin that seems to work for the going back and editing text problem apple users have been facing. I've tried it out a couple of times and it seems to work very well.

"IPad users were having problems as you mention where once you've typed you can't click back into the text to edit it or change spellings.

I've now worked out that whereas normally you just tap the cursor to where you want it in the text in order to edit, on health unlocked you have to hold down your thumb where you want to edit for a few seconds, rather than just lightly tap it.

Weird but true!

So like you do to select text to copy it, you just press down your thumb hard instead of tapping it, and then the cursor comes up and you can edit the text."

Just to say this works, why didn't I do this before. But I am sure i did and then it stopped working or did I just imagine that. Anyway thank you! This makes it easier

Hurrah it works Thank goodness been sooooo frustrating I did report it to ' help' few weeks ago and they said there were aware of problem and working on solution so maybe I should let them know you've found it!

It's great isn't it. I didn't find it it was another admin from another forum they are the ones with the brains. So I can't take any credit.

Just noticed RFC that I can now edit replies on I pads ' normally' . 'Help' people did say they were working on it so looks like they have sorted out problem.
