Eeeeeeeeee my god getting close. Tonight's run was different because I ran in the dark. Never done that before. My runs are usually morning. It started off great... Felt fab, but I could feel some aches and pains in my ankles. Nothing too bad just achey. I did finish it all but I do prefere morning runs. I feel less sluggish. Plus I've been naughty today. I had a Greggs pastie for lunch and I've had chocolate this evening. I've done so well all week and ruined it today. But I needed something bad
