I am so excited...

I am just so excited tomorrow is set to be a max of 25degrees ....you guessed right people the perfect running temperature. Already decided to try my to part of my race route backwards tomorrow. I will be packing all the neccessary things and trying my running belt up hill.

I was near the shopping mall today so i popped into nike - couldn't resist and tried on a pair of shorts, the large was too big ( even when i pulled that drawstring as tight as it could go) and medium fitted just right but the problem was when i jogged on the spot they became a bit too short! So no purchases thankfully but that must be good news.

Plus Saturday is my Color Run, then getting a hair cut (hopefully, if translation works this time), then its off to the christmas market. I must say it just does not feel like Christmas at all - even in the mall there was no Christmas Music - yeah a few decorations but nothing ott like you get in the uk. Maybe when it gets to the 1st Dec there will be a difference?

As you can tell i am so excited about the weather being slightly cooler over the next few days. My partner has also volunteered bless him to cycle my route while i run it next week. Going to set off at 8:30pm and see how i fair.

You've just got to achieve that HM now. I think you were in the back of my mind when I signed up for one today. Look what you've made me do. Have a good run tomorrow.

How exciting !!! My excitement is on a new level now! Which one have you entered? When is it? Oh sorry if you have posted about it - i will have a look now to find all the details :) I blame this C25K programme - it does some strange things to you. You will do great and its really good to have something to work toward.

Well after Monday that HM was put on hold while i battle the heat - plus we had some news that we might be heading back to the UK for good - so not sure if i will be able to HM in South America. I think i will still try to train for it (heat depending) and sign up for a UK one instead. I can't let you do a HM on your own now can I?

Goid to see a more encouraging post after your last one - was feeling a little concerned about you then!

But I was sure you'd find yourself (or rather your mojo!) again :-)

So hope tomorrow and the colour run go well then you'll be properly back on track.

:-) xx

btw - cold and damp here :-( but still running :-)

Sorry and Thank you!! - it has just been so hot and the last weeks it just got even hotter so it was just so hard. But we are having a mini cool down this week and i want to make the most of it before the temperatures climb back up.

Sorry to hear about the cold and damp - its sunny every day and clouds are a rare treat at the moment :) but glad your still running!!

Oh yes! This morning when I did jillian it was actually so much easier. I am making the most of it, as when January arrives it is set to be between 32-34degrees everyday in santiago.

Hooray! You go girl! I think that's what they call an inverse relationship - the temperature drops and your enthusiasm rises.

25 degrees "perfect"? In comparison to what you normally have to endure, yes, but I still feel for you with temperatures like that. Well done for getting out there and doing all this exercise in that heat!

i know but just a slight dip you notice it. Now I understand why the locals wrap up like its it Arctic when the temperatures get to 15degrees in winter. Everyone is making the most of the nice temperature, soon we will be baking again. Someone said it's like stanima training and that's how I will look at it and I will wear my heart rate monitor when the temperature gets higher.

The one good thing is that everyday is a perfect running day!!

I hope you mean 25 degrees Farenheit? ;)

I was quite sweaty enough in the 4 or 5 degrees it was here this morning. Can't imagine trying to run in 25 degrees or more.
